- There is no specific time limit applying to your access and use of the site. However, "Skirmish Bristol Ltd" reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access and use at any time. It may exercise the right with or without notice.
- You may not assign, sub-licence or otherwise transfer this agreement or your rights of access to the site. Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
- A person who is not party to this agreement shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of its terms.
- English law will apply to this Agreement and both you and "Skirmish Bristol Ltd" agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
- PAYMENT TERMS (Provisional Booking and Payment)

Bookings.
All activities MUST be pre-booked, provisional bookings can be made by contacting our Head Office (details at bottom of this document) or by completing our online provisional booking form. Bookings are ONLY secured by paying a £10.00 deposit per person not later than TWO WEEKS BEFORE the date of your provisional event. Additional bookings made after the two week cut-off prior to an event are taken purely at the discretion of "Skirmish Bristol Ltd". To qualify for "Deal" package prices, FULL payment must be paid on or prior to the date of an event and before commencement of the event. "Deal" package prices are not available as part of any other special offer. Organiser bonuses will only be given to organisers of groups whose deposits are received on time. -
Deposits.
DEPOSITS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REDEEMABLE -
Credit Facilities.
No credit facilities are available from "Skirmish Bristol Ltd". -
Players.
A minimum of 12 players are required to play at a "Skirmish Bristol Ltd" paintball site. Groups of less than 12 must phone for availability. Groups of over 30 players can play exclusively at "Skirmish Bristol Ltd". -
Restrictions.
Players must be of at least 12 YEARS OF AGE and physically and mentally capable of participating. "Skirmish Bristol Ltd" reserves the right to refuse admission and/or participation for any reason. -
Pricing and Payments.
Payments can be made by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. Cheques should be made payable to "TZ Paintball". Company cheques are welcome as payment on the day of an event, but must be presented with an official company order as security for a booking. All corespondence (including deposit cheques) should be addressed to the Head Office.(details at bottom of this document) "Skirmish Bristol Ltd" reserves the right to alter its pricing at any time without prior notice.

- PAINTBALL TICKETS
TERMS OF USE

You will be required to call the number printed on the ticket to book your full days paintballing.
(All bookings are subject to availability. If your first choice of date is NOT available an alternative date will be offered).
When you call, you will be required to pay a booking fee of £10.00 per person. This includes 100 paintballs.
(Payment by credit card over the telephone will be required).
Paintballs are not included in the price of the tickets. Paintballs can be purchased on the day of your event at the following cost:
5p per ball in bulk (2,000 paintballs) or,
6p per ball bagged (500 paintballs) or,
7p per ball potted up (100 paintballs).
Only paintballs supplied on-site by "Skirmish Paintball Games" or "Skirmish Bristol Ltd" may be used. The booking fee is NOT RETURNABLE OR REDEEMABLE if you fail to turn up on the date booked.
THE MINIMUM AGE IS 12 YEARS OLD.
Tickets cannot be used in conjunction to any other special offer. Surcharges may apply in Scotland.

HOW TO ORDER :
Ordering through our On-Line shopping basket couldn't be easier.
Simply add the items you wish to purchase into the on-line shopping basket and then proceed to the checkout where you will be required to fill out your personal details and delivery address. You will then be asked to pay for your order through our secure shopping basket - we accept all the major credit and debit cards. Please note that we do not store any credit or debit card details.
We will then send you an email to confirm your order and give you a reference number and confirm an expected date of delivery.
Alternatively you can call one of our sales team on 01373 824566 to discuss your order or send us an email with your requirements.
If you do not wish to pay on-line we can take credit or debit cards over the telephone and also accept the following methods of payment :
Cheque made payable to: Twilight Zone (Swindon) Ltd, once we have confirmed your goods are in stock. We will email, fax or send you a proforma invoice which you can pop in the post along with a cheque. *Please note all cheques must be cleared before we dispatch the goods.
Paypal - We will send you a paypal invoice on receipt of your order. Please note that a small fee of 5% will be added to cover Paypal fees.
By direct transfer into our business bank account once we have confirmed your goods are in stock. Our account details will be provided to you once we have confirmed your order.
Delivery is usually within 48 hours of goods shipped.
No goods will be shipped until payment is received in full.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY :
Most items will be sent by courier, however, small items will sometimes be shipped by first-class Royal Mail.
Although every effort is made to ensure that goods arrive in good condition, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of the courier used. Any damages must be signed ‘Damaged’ on receipt for delivery and claimed for in accordance with the courier’s terms and conditions.
We take great care in packaging our paintballs but due to their fragility we will be unable to make any claim on your behalf for any paintball breakages. Upon placing the order you MUST accept the risk of damage.
All orders must be delivered to the cardholders address.
Co2 or Air bottles will be delivered non-filled.
You MUST be over 18 years old to purchase markers / paintball guns from Paintballmadness.
All of our products are covered under the manufacturer warranties.

Shipping £5.95 per order.

REFUND POLICY :
Subject to any withdrawal right you may have under applicable law, charges are non-refundable unless terms expressly say otherwise. Except as otherwise required by law, the costs of any returns if permitted will be at your expense.

- MESSAGE BOARD TERMS OF USE
- BOARD-WIDE POLICIES :
- This document is designed to clarify various responsibilities of community members here at %SITEDOMAIN%. Please read it and become familiar with it, its terms are retroactive.
- Posts are to be made in the relevant forum. Users are asked to read the forum descriptions before posting. Users consistently posting to the wrong forum may be given a warning (see policing below).
- Members should post in a way that is respectful of other users. Flaming or abusing users in any way will not be tolerated and will lead to a warning.
- Members are asked to not act as "back seat moderators". If members note an issue, which contravenes something in this policy document they are welcome to bring it to the attention of a member of the Moderator Team. Only do this if a moderator team member has not replied within 6 hours. Do not respond to such topics yourself. Members who consistently "act" as moderators may be warned.
- Members should remember this board is aimed at a general audience. Posting pornographic or generally offensive text, images, links, etc. will not be tolerated and will lead to a warning.
- Members are asked to respect the copyright of other users, sites, media, etc. Users linking to or asking for information, etc. or re-printing material without permission will receive a warning and their post will be removed.
- Members should respect the bandwidth of other users and sites. The use of inline ([IMG][/IMG]) image tags pointing to data stored on third party systems for which the user has not received permission to link to may be removed.
- Members should post in a way, which is consistent with "normal writing". That is users should not post excessive numbers of emoticons, large, small or coloured text, etc. Similarly users should not SHOUT or use excessive punctuation (e.g.! and?) in topic titles or posts. Users consistently abusing this will be warned.
- Spam is not tolerated here under any circumstance. This includes offering hosting services (charged and free), installation services, etc. Users posting spam will be warned and their post removed. See specific item on spam and 3rd party linking for more information.
- The moderating, support and other teams reserve the right to edit or remove any post at any time. The determination of what is construed as indecent, vulgar, spam; etc. as noted in these points is up to Team Members and not users. The above forum rules where applicable also apply to private messaging. Abuse of the private messaging system may lead to warnings (as above) and/or the revocation of private messaging.
- Signatures may contain up to five lines (one line being that displayed on a browser opened to 800px width) of text (of small or normal size) and/or one image, valid combinations include; a single image of no more than 60px high, 468px wide and 6kB (6000 Bytes) in size.
- Signatures containing an image this large may also include one line of small size text.
- Signatures containing an image of 30px high may include up to three lines of small size text or two lines of normal size text. Images of 15px height or less may allow up to three lines of normal size text or four lines of small size text. Animated images are not allowed.
- Text sizes should be between 9 and 12 (small and normal). Text in signatures is subject to the same conditions as posts with respect to decency, emoticons, and so forth.
- Links in signatures are permitted to a maximum of four unique pages or sites. Skirmish Bristol Ltd team members are allowed additional links to aid in rendering support for this board. Such links may only be to Skirmish Bristol Ltd approved material. Linked sites may be commercial in nature. You may not include links that in any way suggest you offer any official affiliation, support, etc. for Skirmish Bristol Ltd You may not link to porn or political, racist or other similar hate sites.
- Users abusing these rules will be warned.
- Users are permitted to utilise a gallery avatar or to link to one of their own (subject to previous points on misuse of bandwidth). User defined avatars are to be no larger than 90 pixels square, containing no animation and containing no image which attempts to portray the user as having an official status here. (e.g. mimicking ranks or copying avatars of team members) They may not exceed 6kB (6000 Bytes) in file size and have a consistently high availability (i.e. links to images on slow servers or those prone to failure may be removed).
- Avatars are subject to the same conditions as posts with respect decency, and so forth.
- Users abusing these rules will be warned and/or may lose their avatar privileges.
- Skirmish Bristol Ltd no longer provide a general foray or other solution for users to promote their sites. Users may not promote their sites through their own posts. Such posting constitutes spam and may lead to a warning. Users or other persons wishing to advertise at Skirmish Bristol Ltd should read our advertisement information.
- Skirmish Bristol Ltd operates a three-strike policy. Users will be warned a maximum of three times for any and all offences in a three month period. If the need arises for a fourth warning a temporary ban will be put in place of between 1 to 7 days.
- Arguing with team members after having received a warning will lead to an immediate additional warning. Should this exceed three strikes a temporary ban will be put in place as above.
- Users who feel they have been unfairly warned are welcome to contact the relevant team leader, e.g. if warned by a moderator you should contact the Moderator team leader. If they feel you were treated badly they may remove a warning. If you feel their decision is also unfair you may contact Skirmish Bristol Ltd board administration. Their decision is final. Contacting Skirmish Bristol Ltd board administration over warning matters should be done so as a very last resort ... do not want to be bothered unless vital.
- Any attempt to circumvent a temporary ban will lead to that ban being made permanent. Circumvention includes re-registering under a non-banned username, changing IP addresses to evade an IP ban, registering a new email account of evade an email ban. Circumvention includes posting as an anonymous user.
- An exception to the three-strike rule applies when users contact moderator team members or board administration personally (via any method) and post insulting, indecent or vulgar material. Such users may be subject to an immediate permanent ban.
- Permanent bans are a last resort and thought is given before implementing them. While Skirmish Bristol Ltd may consider lifting permanent bans from time to time this is a rare occurrence.
